I forgot to include this picture in the collage, but it was too cute to leave out. He was so proud of his "What God Wants for Christmas" nativity set. He loved opening the presents each night.
I honestly can not believe that my little girl is already 11 months. It's crazy to think that this time last year we were making frequent trips to the hospital for non-stress tests and praying that she would be alright. We are truly blessed. She is such a happy girl and brings so much joy to our family.
I love this family! I am so glad I was able to photograph them while I was back in Kansas. I was also surprised and excited that there was some fall color left in Kansas in late November. Yeah!
We had a great trip back to Kansas and I was fortunate to squeeze in a few sessions between turkey dinners. Sam was such a sweetheart, but a little scared of me. Luckily, I know the way to a little boy's heart (candy).
I can't believe she is 9 months already! She is happy most of the time and so much fun! She is changing fast - I took these pictures last week and she already has another front tooth.
Ever since Harrison started walking it has been getting increasingly more difficult to photograph him. He is three now and busier than ever. I have to be creative in order to get pictures of him, and the dump truck parked across the street from our house was a perfect opportunity. I was able to get him to sit on the bumper for about 30 seconds and luckily it was just enough to get some cute shots of him.
We recently took a vacation with Justin's parents to South Carolina. We haven't been to the beach in a few years and it was so much fun!
Harrison loved playing in the ocean.
Landry was a little unsure about the water...
but she enjoyed lounging on the beach, and "swimming" in the hot tub,
and chewing on the Spanish moss.
Harrison's favorite part of the trip was definitely swimming in the pool.
Squirting water guns was probably a close second.
